Scrolling wallpaper disabled?

My Samsung tablet just upgraded to Lollipop. I noticed my wallpaper doesn't scroll anymore when I go from screen to screen i.e. show the left or right of photo. It stays static.
Use Apex Launcher. Setting wallpaper mode to "Multiple screen (scrolling)" has no effect (worked fine in KitKat).
Is wallpaper scrolling disabled in Lollipop?

Try reapplying the wallpaper again to see if that fixes it.
