SD card 8 or 16gb

In Phils review he showed the phone storage and the SD card had 7. something on the sd card and 1.1 on the internal storage. Does this mean the phone is shipping with an 8gb sd card?

Phil i would love some clarification on this. is the card 8gb or 16gb?

I've been wondering this same thing. In different reviews, some seem to have gotten an 8GB card, while others have gotten 16. Weird. But important.

I understand what the website says. I wanted some clarification from the people who have the phone in hand. Its important to know because if Phil has a 16gb card it means 8gb of the card are partitioned somehow and unusable. It would make more sense that the card Phil has in this phone is only 8gb and 7.xx usable. very important to know.

Now on Droid Life, this overview Verizon sheet shows 4 GB internal, with preinstalled 16 GB card. This is getting crazy...
