Android Central Question

Hi there, let me give you some background regarding the issues in question:

Device: Blackberry KeyOne (made in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina).

Android 8.1.0

SD Card: Sandisk 32Gb A1 Class 10

FIRST ISSUE: Whatsapp backup

The first issue I noticed: the Whatsapp backup stops at 99%.
I looked over the internet and the general idea is that it's caused by corrupted files.
So I copied the Whatsapp image folder to another location and when I got a warning deleted the original file. This solved the issue TEMPORARILY until the next backup that I had to do the proceess again. Everytime a different file. Now seems to have a taste for Whastapp audio messages.

SECOND ISSUE: SD Card (part 1)

Worried about corrupt files I tought that it might be related with the memory. The sd card is formated in FAT32 and set as internal storage.
So I go to settings, storage. It shows my internal shared storage and the sd card (with almost 8gb of used storage) and when I click on the SD Cards it starts to load his stats... and suddenly goes back to the storage screen.
Click again on the SD card, same result and even faster than before. So it's impossible to see the contents or access the menu of it.

THIRD ISSUE: SD Card (part 2)

I decided to run a chkdsk on the SD Card and see if there are some bad sectors or something. Or even if not, to do a backup. just in case was necesary to format it.
I did a series of pretty fast touches on the cellphone screen to get it to eject the SD Card and took it out (remember Part 1... If I took too long, it would get me back to the storage screen). Put it in a SD card adaptor and put it in my notebook... It show'd around 700kb of used space (total available around 29,7gb wich is ok after formatting a 32gb card)... but remember that in android it show'd around 8gb of used space... Did chkdsk, not a problem.

So, that's the issues.

Any help would be most appreciated!.

Thank you for reading.
