SD card corrupted

Trying to format SD as internal on Motorola G2 SD card shows corrupted soon afterwards.. yet it formats as portable but then when moving my downloaded music over to the SD some music wont play and shows unsupported file..

Welcome to Android Central. If you successfully format the SD as internal storage you no longer have an SD card and cannot move anything to it. If you're still seeing that as a storage option then the process isn't working. Frankly, as often as SD cards fail without warning there is no way I would use one as internal storage.
