Did you attempt to unmount, remove and reseat your card? (Try this more than just once) Sometimes the card simply unseats even though it appears to be fully in the slot.

Can your card still be read in your computer? (If this is the case and you still cannot get your phone to recognize your card, then move your data to your pc and either reformat the card and replace your data or move your data to a new card)

Do you have a spare card as a test to ensure the phone's sd slot is not hosed?

Post back once you've worked through this or a simlar basic, logical troubleshooting process and are still stuck. Good luck!

My wife's S3 had a similar issue. Turned out to be a bad SD card. Changed the card to a known good one, and the issue went away. If it is not that, it could be a bad connection, or something worked loose.

I had that problem with a Tab 2. I copied all the data off with a computer then reformatted and copied the data back and all was good. No idea if it will help but I guess it's worth a try?
