SD Card Issues

I am rooted, have app2sd but cant move any apps to my sd card. pictures, etc the same. says its full, but nothing is on it. formatted, tried a different card, but no luck. weird! can someone help please.

I also can't install or update any apps to phone now and it says I half of my memory unused.
