Is there an SD Card within a reasonable price range that works well with the Moto G 2015? Right now, I have a 16GB one that I got on sale at the Source (Canada's Radioshack) I forget the brand, but every now and again it crashes. I have it formatted to internal so I can store apps on it as well. I don't have many apps, but I have a few on an 8 GB phone that just won't fit unless I format the card that way, but every now and again it'll crash and I have to re-insert the card. Is there an SD card that will work better at a reasonable price - 16 GB is fine by the way - but doesn't crash, or is that just a problem with all SD cards on the phone? Updated to the latest version of android, had the problem before too.

Also, if you have online suggestions, please make sure they ship to Canada, thanks! :)

Samsung EVO+ series is probably your best $$/Performance value... I don't know what they go for in Canada, but I picked up a 32GB UHS-1 card in a local big box electronics store on-sale for under $11 USD, like $15 on Amazon.

Another good value choice is the PNY U3 Turbo Performance card (32GB for $16 on Amazon).

Either one works very well with the Moto G 2015.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with you. I've had a 64GB Samsung EVO (non-plus) UHS-1 version in my device for a few weeks shy of a year now, and it has been adopted storage and portable storage, and switched back and forth, several times with zero issues.

I know you had a bad experience and that is very unfortunate, that doesn't make every Moto G bad, you were just unlucky.

Doesn't matter how good something is, there will eventually be lemons, its just the odds and unfortunately they were against you this time.

Thanks! That's not a bad price for a 32GB card! $15 here and free shipping. Crossing fingers it'll work~!

I'm using a cheapo class 4 card and had no problems other than a slight slowdown. I also used a "samsumg evo" card that turned to be fake and that caused no end of crashes. My experience says that maybe it's the card, not the phone. Any reputable brand should work well, but please pick UHS ones unless you're like me and do not care about the phone feeling a little more sluggish

I've had great success going from a SanDisk Ultra to a SanDisk Extreme. Adoptable now works a little smoother and I've not had any slowdown issues to speak of.
