SD Card keeps "Unexpectedly" removing itself

Every once in a while I get this message. The SD card is secure and in it's position every time.

What is causing this and does anyone know of a fix? Thanks.

Could be a problem with the contacts. Or maybe the card is faulty--have you tried other cards?
