SD Card Not Recognized Occasionally

Upon a boot every once in a while my droid won't recognize my SD Card. Its a 32 GB card, is the Droid not supported up to sizes that big, or is it a CM7 issue? Also, does anybody have a recommendation for a 1GHz or greater kernel I should use?
