SD card not showing all the apps

I changed phones from the HTC Evo to the Samsung Galaxy S4. I moved the SD card over but all the games on the SD card don't show up on the app menu. How do I get my Smurf, backgammon, Mahjong and Sudoku to reappear.

dont you have to re download them from the playstore? the folders most likely dont have everything thats required

In short...yes.

(There are often ways to transfer this data, depending on how the game stores it; or if you're rooted, you can use an app like Titanium backup to transfer app data...but otherwise no, there is generally no *easy* way to do this).

There is a chance of is saving depending on what you have done... As of Google I/O android has a save app data in the account settings. check and see when that was last updated on your evo.
