I can speak from experience that is it not ALL class 10 SD cards that have this problem. I had SanDisk and Lexar class 10. These were the SD cards that were fried in the two GS3s.
I replaced the Lexar with Samsung, still class 10, and I haven't had this problem since. Folks in this and other forums have claimed that the Samsung memory doesn't have this problem -- and they may be right. Only time will tell.
