SD card trouble!!!

Hey every1!!! I was hoping someone can help me. I had an 8GB SD card in my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S3 Verizon) and needless to say I love taking pics and my music! Lol. I tbacked up the files onto my laptop, then properly removed the 8GB card. I put the 32 GB card in, tried to click to highlight everything, and it wouldn't copy to the new 32 SD card!!! What's a girl gonna do!?!??!!!! Please help guys! I'm not too computer savvy these days. haha

Welcome to the forum, can you open and see the files on your laptop when you open them from the SD card?
