Sd card wont encrypt with airwatch

Has anyone had trouble with the card that came in the bundle? I have to use airwatch and spok mobile for my job. When I first installed it it worked fine but when I put the new card in, it unmounted it and when I tried to encrypt it, it wouldn't let me. Any ideas?

Have you tried decrypting original card then encrypting new? (No I don't know if it will work or why you'd have to but I've seen stranger things) especially security related. Does the phone or system think someone stole card and is trying to replace with a different one? Again I don't know I don't use that particular setup

No what I did was uninstall airwatch and then format the new card. It worked ok until I reinstalled airwatch.

AirWatch may require an unencrypted card to properly control traffic. I would actually send them an email asking if that's an incompatibility.
