How do I remove everything from sd card to storage?

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you just want to delete everything on the card? If so, go to Settings / Storage and tap "Format SD card."

If you want to move what's on the SD card to a PC, connect your phone via the USB cable (you may have to install drivers if you haven't done this before). You'll your SD card in the file explorer. You can use regular Windows or Mac operations to copy the files wherever you want, and to delete them from the SD card.

If you want to do something else, try explaining in more detail and we'll try again.

USB, wifi, bluetooth. I use ES file explorer to do it all.
