Ok I haven't seen a specific post getting straight to the core of the problem so I'm sorry if this has been previously addressed.
Event: Hooked LG G2x to GMC 2011 vehicle via USB which older Motorola Droid works fine and did not access music on SD Card.
Conclusion: G2x has 8GB internal and 32GB SD Card, where Droid only had SD Card. Car is only mounting internal memory.
So when you hook this phone up to my PC i get 2 mount points, so my assumption is when I'm hooking up to this vehicle its only accessing my first (internal) mount point.
Is there any suggestions on making it ignore internal memory as it connects? Also entertained idea of virtual link from internal but that already exists and links to limbo once connected via USB. SD Card disconnects from phone once USB linked to become a stand-alone storage.
Phone not rooted as I'd think this would be basic config, but willing to try whatever as this ... seems basic.
