Sdcard"locked"

can someone help me format a locked/frozen 32g sandisk class4 hc. I can install app from it but can't write it.... and the pc constantly remounts the card.

I assume you are using an SD adapter? Just move the little switch on the side of the adapter to unlock it.

Actuall with both usb doungle and adaptor (lock, off), several formatting methods and partitionig....... just want my money to last n I'm at a lost hear.....
