Second GB Update/Patch Won't Reboot Issue - SOLVED!

All of those steps worked , then after the reboot I couldn't connect to the internet, and accidentally turned the phone to "airplane mode".
I restarted the phone and it has now been rebooting then staying at the eye screen for several minutes and then rebooting again.

This has been going on for over an hour.

Anyone else have this problem? Think I should pull out the battery and see what happens?

it worked for me but stil says i have to wipe data uid?please help.also keeps saying my google ap has stopped workin?
