Ok so I received my 167 email on Monday. For those who have been through this how long did it take after the 167 for you to get 168 & 169? I called them tonight and the guy claimed that I wouldn't get any more emails and that my check would be here tomorrow by UPS. I almost laughed as he told 3 lies in the same sentence. 1. No more emails (I've seen on here that that is not true) 2. That it would definitely be here tomorrow (even though I haven't received the email stating that it's been sent) 3. No one on here received their check via UPS.

It took 7 days for me which was Friday Dec 2nd, then last Friday I got the 168 & 169. They told me my check processed yesterday so I'm assuming Friday I'll get it 2 weeks from 167 email. They told me it hasn't been sent yet and I would have to sign for it ups which is a bunch of b.s.

Of 4 emails my 168/169 we're the only ones that went to spam so check there also. I couldn't stop my self from laughing after the last rep when she mentioned 5-10 days I've heard so many time frames I told her how much of a joke it was. Guess they don't want us to purchase their products anymore idk

I actually made their email address a priority address so it wouldn't go to the spam lol. Guess what I did get today...a return box for my Notes that I returned 3 weeks ago...seriously!

Just got off the phone with Samsung after 10 days of getting 168 and 169 email and being told it was sent last Wed multiple times. Now I was told that when their system shows check issued 6 times it's sent, sounds crazy but he said he's never seen a check actually sent before it says 6 times. He said for me it says 3 times and it should be mailed out by Wed. I'm so irritated but you might want to ask because he's saying the other reps thought it was sent for that reason.

Got my 168 and 169 emails on Friday about an hour apart, called Samsung today and said I should receive my check no later than this Thursday!

So after not getting my check on Thursday, called on Friday and said I should receive this Wednesday at the latest. Come home after a long day at work and BOOM! Checks in my mailbox! 10 days after I got my 169 email this whole ordeal can be over with! Now onto my next phone and a welcome back to iOS on an iPhone 7 Plus!

Lol the 7plus is actually really good I've been android had all the notes and every galaxy and the switch wasn't bad it's fast as hell has widgets three d touch features more applications and a great camera and amazing battery life

I received my 167 emails last Monday and woke up this morning to my 168 and 169s being in my inbox. I was going to go with an iPhone after the second recall but Samsung gave me two free s7 edges to replace my Notes (I had bought the notes on Verizon's payment plan so when they did the recall I was refunded the payments made and contract was voided). They treated me as I had bought the Notes outright. So they gave me the 2 edges and a check for $400. $100 each phone for the incentive and then the difference between the 2 phones. This has been a crazy ride but I really cannot complain about how Samsung handled my case. I do understand though that they put some of you through the wringer so I can definitely see your point of view.

I'm getting tired of being lied to by this pos company. I got my 168 and 169 email on 12/9 they tell me a check was supposedly sent on 14th which I know is a lie. They say to wait 10 business days and they refuse to contact the accounting department to confirm any factual info. My back up phone is working like garbage and I'm dumb enough to wait for these greedy Korean pieces of trash company to send me my money after having my phone for months!!! They are greedy grinders that what to milk this for all its worth and avoid paying what federal law requires. They want to play games and lie to cover they're ***. If they gave a sh** and we're transparent they would pay a few cents to track the check. I or my family friends will never do business with these greedy korean cockroaches again.

This recall is estimated to cost them over 5 billion and almost 17 billion if you consider they're expectations in the long run of note 7 sales. That is a huge hit sorry for you samsung but your valued at 216 billion. Why not put people purchasing your products first and not tick them off so much they hate all your products and will never use them? Why be so cheap you can't pay 30 cents to track a usps first class envelope to be transparent. Why lie to customers?? I guess the same reason they have been sued so many times by Apple for infringing on they're intellectual property. Greedy f*****s

I started purchasing galaxy products since the freeking vibrant, bought almost every single one of their galaxy phones and tablets since then. As loyal as a customer they could have. Never again, open up your beady *** eyes you f***s!!

After being told for a week my check was sent on the 14th and me telling them they're full of s***, they told me today they got an update that says it was made on the 21st and mailed on the 22nd so we'll see.
