Second Logon Account?

Hey everyone,
I don't know anything about Androids but I am making the switch from the iphone.
Is there a tweak that I can use so if a friend wants to use my phone I can give them a dummy password which will prevent them going through my emails, SMS, contacts and apps? Something that would make everything look like a stock phone like a safe mode?

Welcome to Android Central!

Android 4.3 (and even some 4.2 devices with hacks) can support multiple users. I don't think Samsung has jumpled on board with that yet though. With a little poking around I found this. Who knows? Multiple user support may expand in the future.

I am looking for something more discrete as if everything looks stocks with a certain password I give them.
