Second Lollipop OTA link, from LWX48P to LWX48T

I already have Android 5.0.1 (LWX48P) on my Moto 360, but just got another System Update notification. Here is the OTA link that I pulled for the new build (LWX48T)

All I had to do was, go into settings> check for update, and it was ready to install.

If you want to download the OTA zip and manually sideload it, then yes, you will have to use ADB. The problem is, once you'e in recovery mode, ADB over Bluetooth isn't available. There is a way to make an adapter cable to connect to the debug pins on the 360, but it using it may affect water resistance of the watch.
