Secure data transfer

What is the most secure way to transfer long passwords from windows 10 to the secure folder in the note + going both ways.
The easiest method so far is samsung note. Created in the note+ or in windows 10 and sync in samsung cloud account. I assume the cloud sync is encrypted and not exposed. The password is then copied from samsung note outside the secure folder and pasted in the secure folder. And then the clipboard is erased.

Then there is sending a text

The least secure in email.

Could not find a way to do it in Dex

Any other methods? What is your preference

lastpass offers a windows plugin and all data is synced from desktop to web browser to android device. they offer a crippled free version that might work for your short term needs.

Lastpass works get and I can put it inside my secure folder. Gave me the idea of putting onedrive app there also which also allows secure data transfer - all inside the secure folder. So that is my number one choice.

If it is just for password management I use keepass andriod app & desktop client. I then have the data file saved in dropbox. Then when I change something it is synced between my phone, tablet, & computer.
