Alright. This is my first thread on Android Central, and while I don't know where this topic that I am posting really should be, please help.

I have a Verizon S4 SCH-i545 and I tried rooting it. I unchecked F. Reset Time, pressed PDA and added a root program that I downloaded, and it said that the reboot failed. How do I safely get it back to normal (since it's still in the downloading screen) and how do I fix it? I'm pretty much a newbie at rooting.

Hold the power button until it reboots.

If that fails, go to SamMobile Firmwares, enter i545, download the top file (you'll have to create a free account in order to do a download), unzip the file to the folder you have Odin in (it's not important where you unzip it, it just makes it easier), get the phone back into download mode (connected to the computer, of course), click the buttons in Odin (PIT, AP, etc.) and load the appropriate files into each slot (the APxxxxx file into the AP slot, etc.), start Odin and when the phone reboots you should be running stock 4.4.2. (Or download the NC5 file and you can root it with Towel Root.)
