Secure Folder Locked. (How to remove notification?)

[Android Central Question]

On my S22 Ultra phone, I have a notification alert that won't go away. The notification says "Secure Folder Locked." The only choices I have on the drop down menu are to show this notification again in 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hrs. But there is nothing to entirely remove this alert. Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this?

Welcome to the forums.

Unlock your secure folder & it should go away. That notification will show up every time you reboot your s22 Ultra & you'll have to unlock your secure folder again. This 'feature' appeared on a recent update & will likely remain unless it's changed in a future update.

It is a bug report it through Samsung members app , the more it's reported the better chance it has to be fix quickly
