Secure/Hidden Folder

Does this phone come with any type of secure folder that I can put pictures in that require a password/fingerprint to access? Coming from the note 7 I miss that feature. I got this phone yesterday and am loving it so far.

Yes, go to your Gallery and open the folder of the images you wish to lock. In the upper right hand corner you see 3 vertical dots for options. Click it and select Lock. Select the images you want locked and hit Lock in the lower left. If you haven't set up the password PIN, now is when you do so. Then when you wish to view said pictures. You can select the 3 vertical dot for options from the Gallery main screen or from the folder and select Show Locked. Enter your password/PIN/fingerprint and you can view your locked images.

edit: you can also do videos as well. If you want to add fingerprint go to Settings>Fingerprints&Security>ContentLock and enable Fingerprints.

hidden folder without security and accessing it when u connect to the computer is simply apply a "period" in front of the folder name. File manager will have "show hidden folder" to see those. I'm guess that is a Nougat feature since MM I dont remember having that.

I've been doing that as far back as kit kat
