I need some help.

I got the S4 last week. I set up my phone so there were NO lock. Then last night, I installed Fox Fi and it requires that I lock my phone. So I did just to try it out. But I find that Fox Fi only last for a few minutes in the trial version so I deleted it. But now I can't get off the lock screen. It's an option. Under Lock Screen: Swipe (not highlighted), Face Unlock (not highlighted), Face and Voice (not highlighted), Pattern, PIn, Password, and None. But None is not highlighted so I can' select it.

Is there a reason why? What do I need to do to get rid of it? Currently, I'm using the "Pattern" to unlock.

Thx

Hey Blackbeagle. Welcome to the forum. Here's the answer:

Go to Security Tab
Press "Clear Credentials"
Go back and you'll see "NONE" available for you to use. Press that and no more screen lock.
