Security lock & Screen lock

Hey, I got the HTC One M8, and I'm a little unsatisfied about the lock options. I want two options to be there, one is Security lock (e.g. password), and the other is to just turn the screen off. The phone has a button on top, which I can decide what is does from a list (screen lock - no lock - pattern lock - password lock...). I'd like turn the screen off (no lock) by pressing the button.. but sometimes I want to "SECURITY lock" by a pattern or so. Is there an app to put a SECURITY lock icon on home screen?
Or is there any other solution? Thanks.
