Got it with my S5 when I rooted before I froze one of the Knox files. Doing some research now, seems some unrooted phones are getting this message and is an issue known by Samsung. Anyone contacted Samsung that has a Samsung phone? http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...cted-error-t3121228/post61044254#post61044254 Upvote 0 Downvote
