Seeing Red Bar around edge of Screen

Every so often, as I move screens, I see a bright red bar along the borders of the screen flash. It only happens for a faction of a second. However, it seems to happen 3 times a minute. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I am unroot, unlocked and stock rom.

Sounds like you have "Developer Options" turned on. Check under your phones settings.

Turning off the Developer switch worked for me. Had a heck of a time getting the firmware to load using Kies. Finally removed the sim and SD card, connected to another computer and after 1.5 hr it loaded. Other than the red border and a few changes to get used to, the phone is working fine...So far!

Why are you using Kies on the 3d? i thought Kies was made for Samsung
