Seeking app: WiFi ON/OFF Randomizer

I have a fleet of Android devices and I would like to stagger their WiFi connectivity. Ideally, they would turn on at random intervals and then turn off again in 5 minutes or so. Their will be a known Wifi hotspot present so auto-connecting shouldn't be a problem. Is there an app that accomplishes this?
