Seidio 3500 mAh battery pics

I'm going to consider it. The Seido 2600mAh battery for my pre was the best investment I made for that phone. Sure it made the phone thicker but I could use the phone LOTS and not have to worry at all about battery life.

You dont have to worry about battery life but ya got to worry about people lookig at ya wierd when you pull the bat phone out. Yikes. Atleast the battery for the Pre just added a consistent bulk . this reminds me to the extended battery for the Centro. ugg. I will stick with the 1750.

Dear God! I had that phone in 1993!

I can't believe they will sell more than, say, 3 of them.

I may still get it just for travel days where I won't have the opportunity to plug it in. However, I wonder if I'd just be better off buying a couple of those cheap batteries on ebay (even if they are lower capacity) and just switch them out since they don't weigh anything and would hardly take up any space at all in my briefcase.

Ditto. The 2.6 battery for the pre was incredible. I could easily go 2 days with it. I would personally rather have an ugly phone then a useless dead one.

I was going to get that, but OMG!!!!! Wow.... does the Bat Signal shine through the LED on the front of my phone???

Seriously though, I was going to get it because I wouldn't think there'd be too much difference between the 1750 and the stock 1500.

Does anyone know if there would be a big difference?

While still ugly, IMO that's a big improvement over the one for the Pre, which literally made the whole device twice as thick like a hockey puck as someone else noted.

I'll wait for software improvements or something that doesn't affect the look of the phone.

I like it. It's so much better than what I expected. I figured they'd just cover the entire length of the case making it one huge bloated phone. This isn't so bad.

meh, Ill keep an extra battery on hand as opposed to adding thickness to my phone. I feel the thickness of the EVO is perfect as is

seidio's extended battery case for the Pre initially had issues with the case reflecting some of the led flashes ligt off the new case and back into the lens causing a weird flair. They had to revise it so the opening was bigger. In this case both the lens and flash appear reeeeeally close to the edge of the case. I'll wait and see.

I went with the Seidio 1750 and the stock battery... Would rather switch out batteries than have that ugly thing attached to the rear of the phone.. WOW.. With the stock battery and moderate to heavy use I would take it off the charger at 8 in the morning and the battery easily lasted until 10 or 11 at night with still 20 or 30% left... So far with the 1750 I am seeing maybe 10% more life... It's not dramatic but it's okay.... Plan on having the Desk Top charger for my office and car kit for the car (When it hits the market)

Got my OEM battery from Sprint.

According to BatteryBoss Calls Out False Capacity Claims!, OEM is more accurate in their mAh ratings. Plus unlike the Pre, it doesn't take 3-6 minutes to boot.

I have to say though that I have had good luck with Seidio batteries before, but this guy has the equipment to verify the legitimacy of these batteries.

It would look better to me if the shape of the protruding battery in the back didn't have those batman ears. It should just be a perfect rectangle.

Also, I'm assuming they would create a new Innocase made to fit around this bulging battery cover. If that's the case, Seidio better be careful not to block the dual LEDs, the camera lens, and the speaker. The bulging edges are already very close to them.

Holy Batphone, Batman!

Not for me, thanks! Between my car charger, my computer USB connection and the wall charger, I've got plenty of juice for everything I need. I don't mind using it when it's charging and I can do whatever I need to do and as long as I need to do it when it's off charger.

Now a day or so away from any power source other than my 1750 might change my mind...
