Seidio case/general case question

Just received the Seidio surface case. Fits well, cut outs match. However if I want to connect my phone to my car radio the cutout does not fully admit the cable. Are there good cases that do? Are there cables which will fit? Will I have to alter the cutout myself? Below is a picture of my cable. The end of the cable is about ? diameter.

Im sure you can get a case to fit but you already own one why not widen the hole a bit
