Big fan of Seido... had the Innocase II for my BB until it cracked but that was my fault

I had one of these cases for my blackberry, didnt add much bulk and i loved it

Seidio makes good low-profile, soft-touch cases, but I've found them to be overpriced compared to off-brand options on eBay and Amazon that are actually quite comparable. I will say, though, that if you want a case/holster combo, Seidio is probably the best bet. Just don't expect to spend less than $50.
