Seidio Inocase has loose top left corner, shoud i return?

I have the D2G and i just recently recieved in the mail after ordering from here the seidio case and the top left hand corner is really loose, whether im typing or even i just touch up there it moves and rattles. The droid 2 global has the camera hump, which most cases including this one dont account for, im wondering if i will have the same problem even if i return the case and get a new one of the same kind or if i just got a faulty one.

Pretty sure they are all like that. including my own. There is nothing for it to mount to...
