why am i stuck in boot loop with a red exclamation point at the top left corner?

hi please i need some help, i was just trying to update my samsung galaxy grand neo, downloading the software was good and then after finishing downloading it, i need to install it then it reqyires tge boot to restart. when it was restarting it get stuck on boot loop with a red exclamation at the top left corner of the screen and i cant even hard reset my phone. please i badly need your help

Are you sure it's the correct firmware? The device hasn't had an update for years so what we're you trying to flash? Can you get into download mode?

btw, any idea what does that red exclamation means ?

dont know how to but already searched some related articles. says need a pc unfortunately dont have any

Yes stillthe same. And btw, after putting back the battery and pressing the said buttons it only shows the "SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO" and a tiny red exclamation point at the top left corner, i was pressing the buttons for too long then it goes black screen and then shows only the same again

How long you held the button after the screen restart?

The Grand Neo is an old phone, and hasn't gotten an official system update for a while. Are you certain the update you installed was an official one?
