Selecting browser issue

I've read the threads here but still getting the multi choice for connecting to the Internet when clicking on links in Facebook, Twitter and Flip board. I just want Chrome as default. Tried going into apps and clearing defaults. Could I have possibly done this incorrectly? Thanks in advance. Just received phone Fri. and can't put it down...

I think I understand now. For every app that connects to the Internet through a browser I will get that question but I will only get it the first time connecting?
