Self Portrait Camera

My forward facing camera keeps flashing "Warning: Camera Failed". I have tried every step I can think of. I have cleared the data on the application, I have done a soft reset, I deleted any previous installed apps prior to camera failing, and a factory reset. I have also removed my SD card and it still won't work. I reinstalled instagram to see if the camera would work with that program and it still won't. It actually crashes the app if I even turn on the camera. Any advise before returning phone? I really hate to go the 7-10 business days without a phone to exchange it unless that is my last option.

Wow, have you tried calling Samsung support? I can't imagine that there's anything you've missed, I just know how I'd feel to be without my Note for that long and sympathize with you.
