Selling Rooted X, wipe SD card?

I sold my X on Ebay, and the winner asked that I leave GB and root on the phone.

I am going to wipe user data off the phone, but my question is about the SD card.

I am not sure if I should reformat the Sd card for the next user.

Is there anything that the X would need from the SD card? Am I okay to wipe the SD card?

when i have formated the SD card in the past, i have never had any issues (other than accidently forgetting about a few pictures hidden by photovault that are now gone forever :-/). When you mount the empty SD card, your phone will create the files and folders it needs again, no worries.

Format the card. The phone will automatically create any files and folders that are necessary for the operating system.

Use the phone to format the card.

Settings
SD Card & Phone Storage
Unmount SD Card
Format SD Card
Mount SD Card

Phone will then recreate any files it needs. All your stuff will be wiped and you won't have to pull it out of the phone.
