Send from GMail app using school .edu address

I currently have my GMail set up to send from my .edu school address. When on a desktop computer I can choose to send from my @gmail.com address or my @school.edu address. However, on the native GMail I can only send from my @gmail.com address for some reason. Is there anyway to change the FROM category on the native gmail app? Thanks!

Unfortunately, this is something that the native Gmail app is missing. I have the same problem. I'm hoping for an update that fixes it soon.
