Send Mail Phone vs Pc not working

I work for a small company & have a company imap email. When I sent emails from my phone I can only see them on my phone & when I sent emails from my pc I can only view them on my pc. I can't see my phone send emails on my pc neither can I see my pc send emails on my phone. I use outlook app on both my phone & pc to send emails. All the received emails appear both in my phone & pc only have issues with sent emails

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear -- you're saying that the Sent folder doesn't seem to sync between phone and PC?

What email account and what email app/client are you using? Is it IMAP or POP3?
