sending file via pc to mmy phone dose not work

they are paired the pc and phone
and when i click to send file on my pc and click send to this device a window pops up and quickly disappears as fast as it came up and the file dose not transfer

i am on a windows 7 pc with z87 chipset so it's a newer pc

Are you using a direct USB connection between the phone and PC?

It should work just fine with any file manager.

If you are using a Bluetooth connection, can't help you. haven't even tried.
