Sending GIFS

Why is it so damn hard? Why do some gifs work on some recipients and the others don't? Why does it show me sending them playing but when it's send it's just a picture? I need answers for this BS!

Which carrier. Some carriers have size limits. That's why. If the file is to large it either won't send or it will send it as a still image.
