Sending MMS on Axon 7 on T-Mobile Network.

Did anyone experience problems sending MMS on the Axon 7 on T-Mobile’s network?

I love the phone, my favorite phone after the Note 7. It’s even replaced my S7 Edge as my main phone.

Only thing I hate is that I have a hard time sending MMS message. I can send regular messages but picture messages either don’t send or take hours to send. Sometimes, they send pretty quick.

I already talked to T-Mobile twice, they helped me set up a new APN and reset the network.

I called Axon and they did a cache wipe and ultimately recommended a factory reset, which I did.

I still have the same problem. Pictures sometimes send pretty quick, sometimes they send after numerous tries or sometimes they just fail completely to send.

Did I just get a bad phone?

Sorry for your troubles. I have no problems sending mms to my wife with both of us having axon 7s on TMobile.

I have no problems sending or receiving MMS on T-Mobile to anyone, even iPhones. There was an issue with their network earlier in the month that was causing ALL SMS/MMS to be delivered late or not at all.
