Sending photo via text to iPhone requires recipient to access Google photos.

When I send a photo via text to an iPhone, the recipient receives a message that they need to go to google photos to retrieve the text/photo. Is there a way to change this so that the picture is sent like a regular text without them having to go through additional steps to see the picture?
