Sending pictures and videos on the note 3

Ok real quick. I have a Verizon note 3 if it makes a difference.

I can't send more then two pictures at a time.

I can't send a video over 25MB.

I am ALWAYS on wifi and it won't work through email as well.

I have done a factory reset and do a battery pull once e a week.

Help?

25mb is the max file size you can send though email. As far as sending pics goes, you can send as many as you like, up to the 25mb limit. If you want to send something larger, upload it to Dropbox, Google drive, etc. and then email a link to it!

I find that kind of a "turn off" with my old iPhone I could send like 10 high quality pictures... Oh well this phone is still amazing!

You can still send 10 high quality pictures, if they are under 25 mb total. Are you trying to send through email?

Yes I tried through Gmail and got about 3 on there. I saw an option for video recording to "limit to MMS". Dunno if the have that on pictures though?

How are trying to attach them in Gmail?

The problem with that option is that once you select it, you're video will be in that crappy resolution with no way to change that. The only positive is that you will now be able to send that video via MMS. I would rather leave it recording in full HD and have a great video then limit for MMS.

Yea normally I just hit the soft menu key and "attached" the item. Eh I'm not to worried about video but I still can't figure why I can't send more than two pics at time through text

That may be a carrier thing. I'm with T-Mobile and I can send at least 10 pictures to someone....I haven't tried more than 10. My husband is on sprint and it won't let him send more than 6 at a time.

Nope, it's not the carrier. Try this go to the gallery, choose the pics you want to send, and choose Gmail from the share menu.
