With the latest leak assumed to be the impending OTA release, what are the real world, everyday differences people are seeing between sense 3.5 and 3.6? Not just the "on paper" stats/specs but more of the usability/functionality you're seeing.

Really the difference is minor. The only two big ones are the launcher which is worlds better because you can put anything in it, and the settings which are a little different but nothing big. O and the folders are changed and made to be as good as any that i have seen in any launcher. They actually close when you open something and don't take up the whole screen unless they have to. Its a good step in the right direction, but not really different from 3.5

I have watched some videos on it with the sensation and yea it doesn't seem like there is too much difference between them. My big questions is with the update, how stable is this phone( like overall smoothness, force closing issues, signal sterngth and handoffs, apps and browser, etc.) I used to have a nexus and while that phone was pretty much flawless OS wise, the signal was awful even after two replacements and three replacement SIM cards. Wanted to get people's thoughts on those who rooted and flashed and have seen it in action.

The last 2 leaks have been as stable as gb. The smoothness overal is better as well stock. With a good Rom it is smooth as any phone I have ever used
