Sense UI

Could find any answers for this mess up. Any help would be awesome. I was trying to see if turning off the Sense UI would speed up my phone, but now I can't turn it back on. Anyone know how to get it back up working?

did you set Home as default? Go back into settings--applications--manage applications--home
clear defaults and press home. It should prompt for home or sense
