"Sent from my HTC" email tag

When I send an email from my HTC Inspire handset, the recipient does not get a little tag at the end saying "Sent from my HTC" or "Sent via Droid," or anything like that. You know how when you get an email sent by someone using an iPhone, it'll have a tag at the end saying "Sent from my iPhone." Similar tags occur with Blackberrys and other smartphones.

Why doesn't HTC have this feature? If it does, does anyone know how to turn it on?

I use Gmail and when I am in the Gmail account on the phone, I do the following:

Menu -> More -> Settings -> Signature

Then you can change it to whatever you want.

I presume that the other email apps that you might use would have something similar, though I don't know for sure as Gmail is the only one I use.

I use the other mail app on the phone and have 2 pop accounts set up. I use the same process as above to turn off and on the signature line.
