Nope not on my AT&T Note10 Plus. But then again mines hasn't updated to September Patch it's still on August patch. Since it's in the box

I have the "Repair Apps" listed in my recovery menu. I'm on Verizon and my phone is not unlocked. Not sure what it does... Afraid to use it as I don't want to mess anything up..lol

Ot just optimizes the apps and restarts phone!!

If you power your phone off and use volume up and power button to restart, that menu has a repair apps at the bottom!

I have this option too. US and my Carrier is Sprint. I tried it out and it goes through an optimizing apps process.

I haven't let my phone battery get below 70% to see if it made a difference. I have a 45 watt charger.
