I updated the wife and my US TMO locked Note 10 Plus' with the Sprint DTH7. I just went into the Recovery Menu and Repair Apps is as the bottom of the list. I'll wait for somebody else to be the guinea pig for this one, though.

Just received one UI 2.5 for unlocked on t-mobile. Still with September patch though.
