Will I be able to get the update if I don't have my SIM card in the phone? I have an unlocked Pixel 6 Pro and haven't been able to pull the update. My SIM is in another phone I'm using. Do I need to put the SIM back in the Pixel to get the update or is it just a matter of waiting my turn for the update to hit my phone? Thanks!

Mine is carrier unlocked. A SIM is not required to get an OTA as long as you have good wifi. I am not sure about phones bought from carriers.

Are you familiar with adb ? And commands from computer ? I download the OTA from Google's developer website and manually connect phone to computer and update via commands the file update ..

What's the correct path in adb?
Adb side load zip then paste the zip?

I've always set up my unlocked phones over wi-fi with no SIM card in them, and only had one issue with my Moto Z3 Play.. it partially updated but wouldn't update all the way to 9 without a SIM in it.
